How you can get involved
Although we are still a very small social enterprise, we have lots of different & flexible ways you can volunteer with us. Read some of the stories below and get in touch to see how you can help out.

Karen heard that we were looking a putting together a giant angry birds game but we had not been able to get any pig toys. Karen gave up some of her time to not only find us sewing patterns to make them, but also included detailed plans, with photos and some of the toys made up to different stages. This has been a great help and we are well on our way to having the game completed.
We have another two people who, once a month, did a gig to raise money for the work we do with people with disabilities & additional needs. The funds were used to purchase musical instruments.
One of our volunteers cut up blanks of wood so that we could make bird boxes with some of our young people.
A student came to us with a dance programs for six week & ran it at one of our youth club sessions. The young people had fun, learnt new skills & the volunteers got the experience of working with our young people.
We do have volunteer opportunities which would require you to commit to attending on a weekly bases at one of our three Youth Clubs or seasonal volunteering for example our Inclusive Duke of Edinburgh award.
Other ways could include putting together an arts or craft project, collect used baby food jars (for making tee light holders), writing a risk assessment, photographing a walk / recipe, there is no such thing as a bad idea.
