Disability Sports Sessions
At Choose2 we run disability Sports sessions for our young people & adults, promoting physical health and wellbeing. Our Crossfit Sessions
We run weekly fitness sessions that help with both physical and mental health.
Exercise helps to build stamina, coordination and concentration, as well as both fine and gross motor skills. We find that confidence increases along with self-esteem as our young people progress in the sessions, further helping to build confidence.
Rebound Therapy
Rebound Therapy is a form of physiotherapy. It uses trampolines to provide therapeutic exercises to people with a wide variety of disabilities and additional needs. Rebound Therapy has many benefits including:
Facilitating and promoting movement and balance
Improving fitness
Increasing or decreasing muscle tone depending on need
Helping to relax the participant
Improving sensory integration
Improving concentration
And even improving communication skills

Yoga Sessions
We have a yoga teacher who runs weekly sessions for us. Experts agree that yoga and yoga-based activities has a positive impact on individuals with special needs. These activities improve mobility, strength and digestion for individuals with disabilities such as cerebral palsy.
Yoga is often a meditative process, so it helps the individual slow down as well as increasing attention and focus. It is also a fun activity that is done in a safe environment.
